First off I would like to say that I am VERY sorry to hear what happened to all of you , really I am. Its really sad that somebody can just think that they can take peoples money that they busted their asses for in persuit of hauling ass!
I have a solution and it is fail safe! There are however 2 draw back to my up coming suggestions.
1.He is Broke and spent all you money on crack or blow!
2.This solution will only get each of you $5,000 back. If you are smart about how you do it then you could get the whole amount but again, if he didnt spend it all on hookers, blow and beer!
Its quite simple really and it will work for all of you that are not in the US also, if there is someone on here that is willing to do what I am about to tell you.
For those not in the US: Take 2 Bills that you usually pay buy mail and start paying them on the web but dont stop getting your bills in the mail. This will work better for bank statments because they are easy to view online. Forward your bank staments to one of the guys one here that is having a problem with MBR as well, after 3 are forwarded then apply for a visa if you dont have one. This way when this is all done you can fly here to get your money or go to court. This is just a suggestion for the out of US guys I dont know if it will work because I dont know much about applying for a LIC in the US if you are from another country. Come to the US and get a LIC with the same address that you sent your mail to, then go home and wait!
This is for everyone: You need to get all the proof that you can together for your claim first, It would be best if you could get it in groups that are less than $5K, i.e. Block+intake+valves=$3K All the internals=$4k Heads+cams+Misc parts=$4500 Fast+Blower+whatever else=$5K or any other variation that works to your total. You may need to have a price list handy of all the retail parts in a list before you go to the court house, I would!
No that you are ready go to the court house in YOUR STATE, and file several (separate, Maybe a few hours apart)small claims disputes against him. It will take about 30days for him to get the summins to show up for court (in your state!) you will then get a notice that he got it, now wait another 30-60days for the court date. If he doesnt show up the you will automatically WIN! He will then have a judgement against him. If he chooses not to pay then that is his choice but if he doesnt, then he will not be able to re-Fi his house, buy a car, get a cell phone, get cable, get a credit card or anything else for that matter. After I think 30 to 60 days you have to go to one of his banks (this might be hard to find, but you could just spend a day and go to every one within a 20mile radius of his address) take the Paper with the judgement on it and if he has an account at that bank then they have to give you all the money that is in his account up to the amount of the judgement. You may be able to just fax it to every bank from the internet with a pdf and then have them mail you a check but I am not sure.
THIS DOES WORK! My Mom did it this year and won! The best part is it was against the IRS for $15K!!!!!! If there isnt anything the IRS can do about it then there isnt anything that this DIC_K will be able to do!!!!

Does anyone know if this POS still lives at the same address. His website is down and the phone to the business just rings and disconnects. I am going to try his cell and home phones but want to send a certified express invoice for the additional work to make the POS motor he sent us a screamer.
I've delivered the car to "Low 11's" and about to begin several small claims against McAllister and also file a complaint with the state of Virginia. (See below). I didn' want to do it until all the work was done and total cost figured out to fix his incompetance (or more correctly, blatant rip-off).
As mentioned in a previous post-mortem post, the motor he shipped was cobbed together. Pistons were installed backwards (indexed 180 degrees off) and a valve busted the minute it started and went right through a piston and all the oher valves were bent. We had to completely rebuild the motor and check for cracks, replace pistons and rings, cut reliefs in the pistons which he was suppose to do, replace all valves, and new seals and gaskets because it leaked like a sieve. I'm out close to $6k in parts, labor, and machine shop to fix his garbage work (but it does scream now!).
Even if I get nothing out of it, I'm going to do everything I can to make it known to him that he can't just do this and walk away like nothing happened.
His home phone address was posted on the first page. Anyone else who got ripped off try it and have any luck talking to the bozo?

Guys, I don't know what to say. All I can think of is "I'm sorry". I'm sorry that Tracey McAllister would rob you guys of what all Mustang owners will chase at some point in owning their cars. He robbed me too but Joe Santacroce and his guys at Corvette Tech got it back for me. I put almost 200 miles on my car yesterday and all I can think of now is what he did to all of us.
I can only speak of my experience. I had a goal of having a vehicle that people heard before they saw me. I wanted the sound of the lobing camshaft, and the stuttering idle to make gear heads smile before they saw the car. I was looking forward to having other Mustang owners break their necks to see "where is that whistling sound coming from". I wanted to feel what is was like to be at a stop light and look over at the owner of a brand new ZO6 or Shelby GT500 and smile like "when that light turns green you don't stand a chance!"
Joe made that dream come true this Sunday. Yesterday was the first day I drove the car. Holy ****! I'm telling you guys "Don't give up on your cars!" I never did. Joe never gave up on me. He could've been like "Hey **** happens, that's the chance you took, come pick up your car and get it fixed somewhere else I'm done". Why not I'm sure it happens everyday. I can't put into words what that car feels like and its not even tuned yet. Everywhere I went people turn their heads when they hear the Cam and Supercharger. The feeling is almost euphoric. You have to look. When I get on the gas I feel like "Why is Ford Motor Corp. lying to these people about the Shelby GT500 KR when they know dam well I'm the King of the Road! I'll post more pics later this week I gotta get back out there and drive.
Whatever you do don't let McAllister get away with ripping you off. Communicate with Joe if you can and see how far he gets with it. Better yet, when you can spend more funds, call Joe and see if he'll put together a "package deal" for you. Trust me he'll take care of you.
I just got back from having my car towed from Virginia to NY. 2 years and $21,000 later I have a car that overheats while idleing, speedometer doesn't work and the clutch slips. I was supposed to have a 4.6L 4Valve Wipplecharged 750HP engine, TKO 600 Stage 2 Transmission, Ram clutch, Shifter, Flywheel, Detroit locker, 31 spline axles, 60LB Bosch injectors, new ECM, and installiation. Instead he tried to adapt my current 99 ECM to a completely stock 4 valve by splicing it into an 03 harness. The whole car is now basically trashed. Nothing works on it anymore, not even the convertible top. Tracy is a pathelogical liar. He owes each of his workers thousands of dollars in parts and past wages... he also owes his landlord over $6000 in past rent for his shop. The shop looks like a salvage yard that was hit by a tornado. He acts like taking peoples money is some big joke and has no problem ripping anyone off. He's also got a high school kid there doing free work for him like changing water pumps that Tracy in turn gets $500 on average for each job for this kids work.
I would still be there trying to find a U-haul to tow my car home but another one of his customers that he's screwed about $10,000 out of really helped me out by towing my car home. If something is going to be done we need to do it soon. Anyone that wants to file a class action suit against him please PM me as well. He's getting ready to file bankruptcy and try to get a new SS number according what one of his workers says. Which is completely illegal... but so is ripping people off.

I'm not an attorney and I don't know the legal aspects, but one would like to think that what some have gone through equates to Felony Fraud and this schmuck should be sitting behind bars thinking about all the people he screwed. Maybe he could take "Engine Building 101" with Bubba.
The only way to start the ball rolling is for all of us to submit a complaint. If we do it at the same time, it may raise some eyebrows.

I just finished reading this incredible thread...and guys, i can't tell you how sorry that all of you have been duped by this unscrupulous business person. I worked for Tracy for about 5 years...just part time. I have a fulltime job in another area of the industry, so I worked for him. We had a good team...Bill, Steve, Ryan and me...these are names before Chris and whoever else you have dealt with. I can totally corroborate what's been said here...I saw it all first hand and I'd be willing to lend my credibility to any action you all might take. That guy is a first class sheister, robbing from Peter to pay Paul constantly...a pathalogical lier who has apparently lost his home, wife and now business. I've been saying for quite some time that I couldn't believe how long he has stayed afloat...the really sad thing is that he's taken advantage of so many people. My guess is that there are more of you out there and in numbers there is strength. The State Police in virginia handle fraud investigations (something he's been on the hot seat for in the past...not to mention tax evasion) and I would suggest one or all of you contact the state police and get a criminal investigation started. I got out because I couldn't stand that crap...so did my other co workers who were replaced by the people mentioned earlier in this thread. in all honesty, you may not be able to gain anything monetarily as he has nothing...but the criminal aspect can hardly be ignored either. I say good luck to you all whatever you do...
