What's right is right. I've talked to a few of you now about Tracy Mcallister's business practices, or lack thereof. It seems I'm a bit better off than most, but what's right is right. We all paid for one thing and were given junk, or for some of you nothing at all. The number of us shows that this is business as usual for MBR, not a mistake, misunderstanding, or a fluke. There is intent to defraud. I'm no attorney, but I'm married to one. While not directly her field, it seems there's a civil side (lawsuit) and a criminal side (fraud, both interstate and international) Tracy would have to deal with. There would be an attorney involved for getting our money back, and a district attorney of the State of Virginia for the criminal aspect. After all, if your stories are accurate and verifiable he's taken at least $40,000 by fraud operating out of Virginia. He needs to be stopped. If he's reopened shop as this site describes, we owe it to others and ourselves to do the right thing here before any 2008 victims start telling their stories.
Being that I'm an American on temporary assignment in Europe it would be easier to have someone local act as the liaison for our group and find a local attorney. I don't care that my loses are smaller than most of yours, I will match those here who would gain more from the suit in attorney fees. What's right is right. |
