I wonder if the throttle body might have been damaged in the explosion causing the butterflies to stay open a little.

your problem is that the device that monitors your O2's is messed up. you are getting a circuit malfunction that is causing your oxygen sensors to not read proper air fuel ratios... the problem is not the oxygen sensors themselves... but the device that monitors them

you are not getting proper air fuel ratios/readings. its a circuit malfunction... do you have a code reader? can you monitor live data? the problem is bank 1... which im pretty sure is the passenger side

the heated oxygen sensor monitor, monitors both of your oxygen sensors on that side. upstream and downstream... there is a problem with it that is causing it to not get proper readings from the 02's that monitor a/f ratio and nox emissions... you have 2 02's... one that in short checks to see if your catalytic converters are working properly and one that checks how much fuel is being added to the air mixture to be burnt... both of these sensor are on your mid h or x pipe or whatever you have... there is a monitor that monitors them. the monitor is the problem
