Default 1996 Mustang Short Throw And Clutch

i test drove an 01 cobra yesterday, and much to my surprise, my 96 runs so much quicker! also, to the point. it had a stock clutch and regular shifter. in my 96, i have a pro 5.0 short shifter, fedinza fly, and king cobra clutch. if you want to have a smooth shift, and you dont want to spend a ton of money, you can have these three items done for under 900 dollars if you shop around. face it, stock shift and clutch for the cobra is weak. anyone out there have anything different that they would like to tell me about so i know what to try later down the road?

I have a Pro 50 in my 97 GT and I just put a MGW in my Bullitt. The MGW has a way better feel and adjustable postion. I shouldn't have wasted my money on the Pro 50....

Hey guys my Steeda Tri-ax Shifter is also sluggish compared to my buddys Pro 5.0 shifter. After trying both, my Steeda shifter isn't as smooth as I thought it was. Is the MGW better?
