This may be a dumb question...but im new to the whole supercharged concept. I was wondering if it is possible to have a blow off type sound with a supercharger. Ive been looking around and so far have had no luck. Any input is appriciated Thanks.

yea there is go to ebay and type in (blow off sound) as a keyword. and its a piece that hooks on to you exhaust pipes that will make the sound. they're like 30 bucks.

You can use a blow-off valve on a centrifugal SC, although most kits come with a bypass valve. They are essentially the same thing, but the BOV blows into the atmosphere and the BPV recirculates back into the inlet tube. You will get the same noise as a turbo setup car, as it's just releiving pressure when the TB closes. However, don't get your noises mixed up, a turbo's wastegate make some interesting noises as well.
