Default 1994 Mustang Cobra with intake manifold problem

I need to replace my Lower Intake Manifold? but can't find it anywhere. only for 1989 through 1993 Cobras. When I was changing the thermostat the head of 1 of the screws broke off. I try to use ez-out to pull the broken screw, by doing this I made the hole bigger. I re-threaded the hole for a bigger size bolt, when I realize the new threads puncture a small hole inside the inner wall of the lower intake manifold. When I was done installing the new Thermostat I notice water leakage through the new re-threaded bolt. So now I have a Lower Intake Manifold with a hole. Any suggestions on fixing this problem.

Thank you

Would a gt-40 be the same as the 94-95 Cobra lower? If so, I believe you can find them pretty regularly on ebay.

Here you go... eBay Motors: 93 94 95 ford lower intake mustang cobra explorer 5.0 (item 190175966981 end time Nov-26-07 16:31:34 PST)

It is not uncommon for bolts to enter the water jacket. Both head bolts and intake fasteners do so on various motors including your SBF.

Put a liberal coating of silicone sealer on the threads and I'll bet the problem goes away!

The Cobra intake uses the same lower as the GT40, and the GT40 lower is still made. If you can find one, you're golden. They're not too awful hard to find.
