Default 1997 mustang cobra sway bar trouble

i own a 1997 mustang cobra and my rear sway bar broke, my friend has a 95 mustang gt he says that his might fit my cobra, any thoughts?

Hi Willy, if I am not mistaken, the sway bars are different between the GT's and the Cobra's, that being the Cobras is stiffer, but the fit (if it id from and SN95 body style) it should bolt right up. How did you breal it??

since they'r both 8.8 straight axel rears, i'd be willing to bet all that they will interchang . the cobra being thicker/stiffer.(one or the other).
