So, it worked, why can I post here and not in the forums? Did I miss something the last couple weeks since I am not a regular?

No, its happening to me as well - has been for several days at least.

This has been reported to the Admins.

I am about out of patience though.

This IS the ONLY Mustang site I frequent (post at). But have been staying away with the constant struggles to read/post etc.

I am hanging in there for now, as I have picked up a lot of info here, and it's been good to me.

Hi guys,

I apologize for this problem but let me try and explain. Prior to the last upgrade we had put in place and made it mandatory to enter at least 15 characters for your thread title we lost that during the upgrade and members were entering for example TRS for a Thread Title description .

We had our Tech guy Chris put the code back to its original 15 characters on Thursday night and I guess it caused another problem. I received a Yahoo IM message regarding the problem this morning and called Chris right away and it is all fixed now, "I hope"

Please let me know if there are any other issues. I am best reached immediately through yahoo IM my Username is cathyhalliday and email address cathyhalliday@yahoo.com
The reason why Yahoo IM is the best and faster way to reach me is because while I am on the site most of the time I could be working in the Classified section or working on new member accounts and therefore I may not be out looking at post in the forums to see any problems immediately. Hope this helps clarify what happened.

Regarding the Banner at the top of page,it is what helps support the cost of the website.

Banner ads don't bother me.

Spending 20 minutes typing something to have it all blown away with a 15 character message bothered me

Nothing worth getting cheezed over...just go to the garage for a while and come back now to see if things are fixed
