There's a 1MB file size limit, that's the most common problem. If they're smaller than the limit, try them again. Sometimes that helps.

When you click on it, it'll bring up the thumbnail. Click it again and you'll get the full size version.

It's built into the system so the pages load quicker. Larger the images, the slower the pages open.
