A lot of the tunes do turn off the rear O2 sensors. You'll need to turn them back on for your inspection.
PAz is talking about sensors and a/f ratio. He says to put on a new air cleaner to check if your tune can compensate properly on the a/f.
He also asks, how about just putting back the stock tune for inspection.
He's not buying the idea of a "special tune" and asked for a url so he can check out any info on it.
He's saying that less restriction on the intake, can help lean out your tune if necessary for passing emissions.
He also says you can cheat by bleeding some air into your exhaust to burn up the gas if your tune runs rich. And to plug up the leak after you pass the test.
He's asking if the "special tune" is mainly playing around with a/f to get your car to pass.
As best as I can guess, anyways
