Well, today we had the results come in that everyone was waiting for. This tune was truly perfect in every aspect and we're pleased with the way the car was performing. It was showing optimal air fuels, boost, timing, and numbers on our In-House Dynojet 224xLC. I think everyone will be excited for the final numbers, especially considering the reasonable price tag on this system!
First, we installed the charger, keeping the customers original Steeda underdrive pulleys to limit the boost output in order to obtain a safe daily drivable level for this street machine! In the end, the car put out between 5.5-7.5 PSI throughout the RPM band, with one spike to about 10PSI, and rolled right back down to 7PSI or so after that. So both peak horsepower and peak torque were achieved at no more than 8PSI, with a small spike higher in the RPM range (characteristic of a TVS supercharger system).
We had to install a 90mm Metco Idler directly below the supercharger pulley to take up the extra belt slack, and helped "wrap" the belt around the charger pulley, and we had absolutely zero belt slip issues during out testing and tuning.
We found that the fuel pump duty cycle was already at 96% by 5700-5800RPM on the factory fuel system, so we added a Kenne Bell boost-a-pump pre-FPDM and eliminated the vacuum/pressure switch so that it ran full time. It lowered the duty cycle so that we only reached 79% at 6500RPM!
All in all we were very impressed with this system, and have been since playing with it on the GT500 applications. I think this is a great choice, and we're happy to support ROUSH in our selection of supercharger options from Roush, Techco and Edelbrock.

BAP is more than safe. Duty cycle for the pumps is low enough where they're not working any harder than a stock pump would work with 315RWHP or so. However, if you plan on building up down the road, it's a great idea to get the GT500 fuel pumps! We have everything in stock!
