I must be on acid, I have not had the same experience that you guys seem to have had. CR and Chris Tillman are nice enough when I talk to them, CR was great at follow-up when I needed questions and tech support for my tunes. The problem is i think they are either too busy to deal with me or think Im an a-hole and they do not want to deal with me. I am owed two tunes for my SCT tune, I got the 91 all out(Great tune) but I do not have the other two I purchased in mid August, Everythime i call, I get the same answer, we are real busy and We will send your tunes right away! My first tune came first week of october, I love it, CR was great but I am in some kind of black hole of customer service. I hear and have heard great things about Tillman but either I am doing something wrong or they are! What's the deal here?
