i have a 99 v6 mustang with flowmasters on. No duels on. How could i really make this thing really loud... its not enough with the flowmaster, if i cut my cats or a cat would the flowmaster still make the sound deep?

add a duel exhaust with no tail pipes and flowmasters, thats how mine is and its loud as crap and sounds nice too

yeah. you notice a big enough difference in the before and after? and whats the price range of this project?

got this y pipe adapter on ebay 370015343058 , got some used flowmasters of ebay, $20.00 for hangers and clamps. roughly around $120.00 mabey less if you can find good deals. huge differance in power and sound

so you basically just put that on there with two flowmasters at the end of each seperate pipe and put on no tail pipe?

yep, you can put tail pipes on if you want but wont be as loud

oh well the stock v6 has two pipes coming out from the engine so i might get straights put on without the y pipe attatchment and 1 more flowmaster with/without cats and with/without tailpipes
