Question 1999 Mustang v6 throttle body

Would this be a wise investment, i have no other performance mods so this would be my first. good or bad idea? heres the link

BBK 65mm Throttle Body (99-2000 V6)

Or maybe a throttle body spacer too?

CAI?

What are some good starter mods on a small budget.. eventually i might get as much a 3 grand to put it but for now im running on pure paychecks

no on the throttle body and the throttle body spacer, yes on the cai, gears and traction lock. tuners are always good, how much do you want to spend?

well right now i dont have any money to throw towards it, tomorrow im getting my exhaust redone and getting an h-pipe with no cats and another flowmaster 40. In months to be, im going to rack up around 3 grand hopefully due to selling my brothers 5.0L and selling my totaled 97. 2500$ for 5L and 500$ for v6 97. But until then money is a huuuuge issue. checks per 2 weeks is around 220$ or more usually so i run off that.

What are your long term goals for the car? Is it auto or stick? Mileage?
CAI and a tuner are about the only mods that will universally fit into any set-up.
