project car almost comp. need help

hi evry1,

been awhile since i been here.those of u who remember, i was rebuilding a 1994 3.8. the project went very well and the engine is roaring. its was 2 months ago the engine was installed and fired up.it was agreat achievement. Now i have discovered a problem and need advice. when i took the car for emmissions test, the reading was way over limits. it appears the fuel is shooting out the exhaust without being burnt in the engine. th obd2 reads a camshaft position sensor malfunction and o2 sensor malfunction. Now how do i fix this. pleeeeeez help.

You camshaft position sensor is no good or you didn't set the timing marks correctly when you installed the timing set......

Dig back into the timing chain case to see if they are aligned....... Are you 200% sure they were aligned properly?

do u mean crankshaft and camshaft?
When i put the chain on, I had the cylinder 1 at TDC and camshaft was mmmmmmmm... had both exhaust and intake valves closed with next order to intake valve open. it was done according to haynes manual.
