So I got the borlas welded in today and they are SUPER quiet. Going from the flowmaster 40s to the borlas was like going to a rock concert, then shutting yourself in a soundproof room! There's still a bit of growl at high rpms but the dreadful drone is gone. Now I can hear the whine of the SC. I can't wait until I can roll down the windows to really hear the whine!
I know people tend to like to go loud with their mustangs but I guess tastes change as you get older. I had it loud at one time, now time for something else.
