Plus questioning in a V6 forum about the base power of a mustang V6 is like asking a christian if he believes in god...then arguing with him that he really doesn't believe in God. 94-95 came with 145 hp at the crank. 96-98 came with 150 hp at the crank. 99-04 came with 190 at the crank and 05+ is 210 hp. Those are the numbers...and you can't deny it. sorry.

your slightly off 99-00 came with 190, but 01-04 came with 193

hee hee man u guys get pissy quick i love it and to let u know i never said it had alot of power i just said it had more than what they say from factory have any of u dynod ur v6 actually if not than i would close ur trap if i were u people on here think they are so smart and yes i would probably smoke most of urs and if u want my mods here they are diablosport tuner 75 shot nos aluminum driveshaft 3.73 gears k&n air posi trac loc 9mm msd plug wires eibach pro springs and for the exhaust 4 high flow cats with 2.75 stainless pipes out the side so u think i have more than 150 hp or not dont start **** on here if u dont know the car first u guys dont know everything all i was askin for was why they didnt run the rpms to 5300 like all the other cars

the specs on the 98 mustang conv is 150 hp and 215 ft pds of torque but the hp is rated at 4000 rpm and the foot pds is at 2700 rpm the 99 and 2000 is 190 hp at 5400 rpm and 225 at 3400 rpm for the exact same car so what is the real hp for the 98 mustang at 5400 rpm i know its more than they said cuz a dodge neon has 150 and its alot slower than mine can someone tell me whats goin on with this
you my friend are way out of line. it is ridiculous to argue with people about a fact let alone argue over the Internet...this was your original question. it was answered multiple times. i'm sure that no one really cares about your car is so much faster or how it must be faster since it has a "jegs" engine ect ect. when you get your dyno paper, please scan, it and also put a picture of your car in there. after that maybe apologize for your hostility, and im sure that everyone else will do they same. be an adult not a child in the situation.
i would also like to point out in one of your earlier threads about a LSD (titled "positrac how and where") you stated "yeah my car right now has 231 hp and after the 75 shot of nos and the cam swap it should be pushin alot more and its good to have on the drag strip". so lets be real here and honest. again lets see the paper...

A 75 shot of N2O would definetly change your HP #'s from stock dude. Of course then again using 2.75" would probably get rid of all of your torque so I guess those 2 together should even things out.
