Excellent! That's what I wanted to hear

I will definitely let you all know how it turns out. My car was needing to be dyno tuned, but that just seemed so much less fun than getting to play with it myself a little bit. I also am getting an 87 and 93 octane tunes for it. 93 for everything, and 87 for if I'm stuck on a roadtrip and can't find 93 octane fuel.

Cheers!

I am getting the same, but I may go with a 91 octane because I don't know where 93 octane gas is available in SoCal...btw the xcal3 does pretty much the same as the 2 but is designed to work with late model cars as well..

why 87 for economy? you get better gas mileage with a 91 octane tuned

Wow, that's ridiculous. I'm paying 3.09 for 93 in Mississippi.

Well it just came in! I took it for a test drive with my custom 93 octane tune and the shift firmness at +5%. I gotta say, after flooring it and hitting 5800 or so rpm, the shift actually triggered my seatbelt to lock up. Awesome. Definitely an improvement. Highly recommended!
