Default Dealership TSB problems

Ok so Ive owned my 00 v6 for about 2 years. I was told about a year ago by my dad, who checks on this sort of stuff that a recall was issued for my year mustang, for the seatbelt. I went into ford a few days after and they basically told me, no recall was issued so I left feeling stupid....until I looked for myself just recently saw there WAS a recall for it. So whats that crap about, they just dont want to take the time to inspect it? My seatbelt has never worked since ive had the car. What to do?

Print yourself a copy of the TSB and take it and your car back to the dealer and have them make the repair. If they don't want to do it contact the Ford District Representative and report the dealership to him.

Does the dealer even fix TSB problems? I thought they only do the Recall ones..

See its just not me with the seatbelt problem. And in any case I think the dealer if they dont fix it, should atleast refer to someone that can.
