1. The 99-01 cobra spoilers are no different than the 01-03 GT spoilers , the 03-04 Cobra spoiler is a lip spoiler and yes it will fit after you fill in the old holes where your old wing was.

Yeah, I'm sure they do...

I'd like to have that set up for my '01, but I don't want to look like a Cobra, though Cobra's are the shiznight.

I just love that trunk lip spoiler that the have. Looks better than a trunk spoiler in my opinion.
