No problem guys, thanks for all the information! I'd like to also thank the guys at mustangexhaust.com.
I'm looking to be saving more than $400+ if I don't get the GT rear bumper cover. So I'm going "low-pro" and stick with my stock. I'll look into replacing my rear bmper cover later-later, not right now-right now.
I'll have pictures and videos of the new exhaust.
Scheduled tomorrow at the muffler shop. 8am drop off. Noon pick up.
THANKS THANKS THANKS THANKS! I know, I can't wait for the feeling too.

A little at the bottom, but more up top. A good trade for most........
Quite true. When I got my V6 Stang the most annoying thing about it for me was the fact that I could not hear my exhaust at all. I quickly took care of that.
The second thing was having to drop down into the car. LOL But there is not much I can do about that.

I haven't gotten a chance to actually see what they did under her until today in Auto Tech.
I quickly volunteered to bring my Pony to be used on the Hoist/Lifts/etc...
As soon as I pulled her into the shop, EVERYBODY was eyeballing her, as if she was going to be the talk of the day. All the chicks are like, "Oh my god, it's a Mustang!" Yeah, they were all diggin' the White Pony.
Anyways, back to my point. I got her lifted up, and we all took a gander under. My Auto Tech teacher told me, not only they did a LOUSY job with the work, I'm also looking to not pass smog anymore (which I already knew). He also told me, "You're losing torque huh? No back pressure?"
I told him, "Yeah, I can feel so much flow, but no back pressure. What should I do to get it back?"
I've come to realized something, there could be a number of times where attempts end up wrong, but to me, there just attempts of not doing those again.
I'm going to custom-fabricate my Y-Pipe into an H. There are four cats on that Y-Pipe, so I'm going to take the last two cats, and weld on my Hi-Flow cats (which in fact do meet the emission laws). After that custom mid pipe, go ahead with the mufflers and tailpipes. What do you guys think?
I'm really happy yet bummed out on this exhaust project, to tell you the truth. Sounds brutal, no compliants. Maybe a tad bit more louder? I don't know. The thing I miss the most is that push I was always getting from the back. I seriously feel like my Pony is running on two legs.
Maybe a custom o/r H with two hi-flow cats wasn't something I was really looking for. Is it possible to have an emission-legal dual exhaust that sounds like what I have? You could really tell I'm running with no cats, supposedly.
Plus, my Auto Tech instructor said not only you're computer is giving out codes, you're engine's power will lag because of that. =[
I have my stock piping here at the house, I don't feel like going to a muffler shop anymore where I'll have to spend money on the fabrication/installation. This is costing me cash.
Ugh...maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan.

I would have stuck with the stock cats and just gone with an H pipe and flows....... thats what I have and I feel no loss in torque. Question , did you stick with 2.25" pipe?

This is quite interesting because I've been bringing out my exhaust plans for months now, and I've never had any second opinions from you guys. Now this happens...lol how ironic.
Oh well, we all learn from our experiences.
I'll post up a video of it this week, I'll be off from work. That way you guys'll have a chance to hear what an o/r h-pipe with two high-flow cats sounds like.
As for my dillema, I'm going to adapt my midpipes from a Y to an H, replace my last two stock cats with my hi-flows, then go on from there with my true-dual. I'll be looking foward to that in the fall, unless change in plans.
Honestly, she'll get her push sooner than usual.
I didn't stick with the 2.25" piping, I went 2.5" I couldn't find an o/r h pipe that was 2.25".
