Default 17 inch Cobra Rims
I was wondering is 17" Cobra Rims would fit onto my 02 Mustang? Also, would i need bigger brake pads, rotors, and would i need to recalibrate my speed ometer?

No, you are only going +1 on the size, so no recalibration is necessary. They will fit just fine and you don't need to modify your brakes.
