Default steel bearing retainer? what is it and why?

i need this part for my t-5 swap i think.. but i dont know anything about it.. whats it looks like? where does it go? can i get one from autozone? help please

You don't absolutely need it but it is good to have..its a sleeve that covers the transmission's input shaft. Its the section the throw-out bearing slides on. The stock one is made out of aluminum and as time goes by, the aluminum piece begins to gall and makes clutch engagement harder.

Performance: Mass Air System, True Dual exhaust, intake spacer, built jmodded tranny

Mods currently either sitting at home being shipped: Fully ported and polished Heads and intake, 218/224 cam, 4.10 gears with detroit locker, HID kit and Zex kit
