Default Looking for Pre-painted Side window louvers.

I have a 2007, with pony package: Alloy. I am looking for inexpensive, easy to install, pre-painted side window louvers. (or reasonable similar enhancement).

I am not ashamed to admit i am on a budget and I am not a wrencher. Any suggestions, ideas or places i can look would be greatly appreciated.

Looking for understated enhancements.

Try Mr Body Kit:

USA AND* CANADA

They have prices for preped and ready for paint and another price for prepainted parts. That was the only place I could find that had the parts already painted.

If you like the look of mine try this website, this is where I got mine, perfect color match, I really like them and they are very reasonable price wise.

hey ninerfan. I saw those also. still deciding. need to ask a couple of questions.

are they removable to allow access to the windows to clean?
how are they when washed? ( i live in Michigan, home of the SALT LICK).
Do they seem durable.

Thanks for the suggestion, looking forward to your response.

Kid Kimber, They are installed by the automotive sensitive tape, you probley can remove them but you would have to retape them every time, yes they seem very durable abs plastic and painted to match, removing them all the time might mess up the paint, you can see through them very well and when you wash your car as I did today you can clean some of the window through the slots and thats all you really need anyway , I made my decision to purchase these based on looks and that I would not remove them unless I had too and was okay with that, the other styles of louvers I didnt like they were bigger ( like the Roush ) and had those screws so you could remove them and I didnt like the look of that ( just my own taste ), and like the ones from Silverhorse racing that are flush mount look cool but you have to remove the whole window to install them , too much of a hassle for me, 10 minute install and you ready to go,I know you live up north and are considering all avenues but I think these would work just fine IMO.

Ninerfan,

Thanks for the input. It came down to the ones you suggested and another set i found on e-bay.

I looked at virtually every set you mentioned at all the same sites.

I agree with you about the Roush set (too complicated).
Flush mounted (not removing my windows for that)

The set I purchased are from a gentleman in Georgia who had nothing but the highest ratings and only sells items which have a great demand. he showed me a completed set and set me up with a past customer. virtually the same price as yours with the additional bonus of they are removable (if needed). attached with 3M "super velcro".

I really appreciate your opinion and input.

Take care and be safe.

Hope we chat again.

PEACE.....
