Default Future Ford Of Roseville DISASTER

So about 6 months ago i purchase my v6 mustang convertible with saleen parts from a dealer through 3rd party purchase. So he says he's a top sales men and won the car as a prize and doesnt need it so he's selling it. I purchase it for 6k. because he seemed like a real honest guy and he told me the car had been through a full FORD INSPECTION and that the car was 100% safe and that he believed in carma because his 1 year old son had just gone through surgery and he didnt want anything to happen. So 2 months later i refer my cousin and all hell breaks loose because his contract was completely opposite to what was stated and finally after 1 week the dealership angrily takes the car back because FORD like to use there RESENDING THE CONTRACT RIGHT. So after this i thought maybe he isnt such a nice guy but i already had the car for 2 months and so far everything was good. 3 months later i go off road with the car and hit a barb wire fence. My damages are 1 skirt ripped off. Hood got scrapes on the front. I hit a post on my right side so fender bend and some scratches in paint. And my Front end shifted to THE RIGHT???? If i recall if you hit something from on side it will go in the opposite direction. SO I hit on the right side and it shifted right? I take the car to a car shop thinking it was my hood that was shifted and well they tell me the whole front end is shifted to the right and that the car was in a sever car accident before. I take the car to FUTURE FORD OF ROSEVILLE to inquire with what safety inspection the car went through and well turns out it didnt go through a safety inspection at future ford of roseville. And the dealer said that the car had been repaired at MAACO??? he sounded like a complete liar and idiot after he told me that. Google MAACO if you dont know about and learn about how chitty their company is. So he gets called on the mike and then says wait here. He goes inside 5 mins later he walks over to the tv and talks 2 different ppl. 1 looked like a dealer and the other like a cliant. I waite for almost an hour outside for them to finish. And well i got angry walked inside sat a chair close to where they were and he goes ... uhhh whats going on bud? why you still here????? the hell. he said wait here and he'll b back. Finaly after 10 more mins (and him telling me to take it to maaco since its cheap and have the car repaired so i can sell it for 6k again) he tells me the car actually came from FUTURE FORD OF SACRAMENTO. I go over to them to find out about the car and they say they cant do anything since Kevin Franks (the dealer) had possesion of the car for a while and he might have wrecked the car and fixed it or i might have wrecked the car fixed it and brought it back. They also said they do there own repairs but theyre saftey inspection for prize cars is only brakes seat belts and if it passes smog. SO my front end that was repaired with bondo was not checked or if noticed was not investigated because it was not on the checklist for safety. So i asked the dealer if prize cars from ford, if those can typically be wrecked cars with clear titles that glued together with bondo and he said "well yes, if it passes our safety check then yes" They were a little nicer but still didnt want to do anything. They finally said they can try and get rid of the loan i have in it but i have to buy a brand new car. psh. crazys. So now im stuck with a v6 mustang that cant sell for more than 2k because of the frame damage. so much for FORD taking care of there customers. This will probably be my last ford i purchase because i cant trust any of those dealers. My "x" (X being the name of the brand of the car which i wont say just because this is a ford forumn) dealer for the past 8 years has served me well and well and taken good care of me, fords dealers just ruined all business with me and my entire family. My 2 of my aunts were going to buy f150 or 250z when my cousin bought his mustang they just wanted to see if this dealer really could get a good deal and well turns out he couldnt I GOT LAUGHED AT and well they didnt buy there trucks from ford. My father was going to trade in his Tundra and my moms sequoia for a f150 and a smaller commuter car and well now they both frown at me when they see the name ford anywhere. Well i just had to get this out and i guess its time for me to move on. Be warned of any dealer that seems to nice even if they have children that are sick and probably dependent on there good carma to survive. I do hope his son gets better and hopefully his fathers bad carma doesnt really cause something to happen to him. Well good day to all.

Yeah, if a car salesman believes in "karma", Hell has frozen over.

Sorry about your troubles. Hope you find a good way out of this mess.

I had the same problem with a certified pre-owned ford mustang. I have learned from my experience to have any "ford certified" auto checked by my mechanic.

I dont think so, plus i would have to prove that i did not have the car repaired in the last 6 months of ownership and that Kevin Franks did not repair the car in his 2 and half months of ownership to say it came repaired with BONDO out of future ford of roseville or sacramento. I found out a couple days ago that it is illegal for a shop to repair a car frame with BONDO which makes sense.

yeahp, mine was out of town and like i said the dealer was very convincing he even took me and my mom back to his house to sign a contract that the car was sold to me and he showed us his son and where he had his heart surgery and photos of the surgery and presented his wife to us, like the dude really got our trust because normally people who are going to screw you over dont show you where they live, so now i know next time i gotta be more patient and just wait till my mechanic gets back in town.

Does anyone have any advice on repairing the front end? I was gonna intially try and sell it for 4500 with the full body kit but nobody is offering more than 2500 since it has frame damage. The front end is shifted to the right. and supposedly ill have to have the inner fender walls repaired. Does anyone know how much that might cost or is it dangerous to drive the car with the bent frame?

Sorry to hear about your situation. You should be able to take it to a bodyshop and have them straighten the frame. Expect to pay around $500 or more for this depending on how badly damaged the frame is.

yeahp took it for the quote and they said maybe 500 but to be honost they said id probably be paying around 900+ because i might need my inner fender walls replaced due to the bondo that was used to repair it originaly messing up the area that they would weld. So im just gonna sell it for 3500 without the saleen body kit and forget about it. Im not gonna pursue it i guess.
