So I've decided to start dressing up my mustang a little and since I'm doing a tire rotation tommorow I was thinking about painting the calipers. So I'm stuck in a little debate with myselfs. I've got a blue 04. The blue on the car is half way between the light blue and navy blue, I call it royal blue I don't know the real color name. You guys probably know what I'm talking about. Anyway so I'm looking between matching the paint on the caliper color, or a silver color to brigten it up. I've just got the stock wheels on there. Any thoughts?

I would go with red paint. It'll stand out a lot more

Agreed, the point of painting the calipers is to make them stand out. Blue or silver would blend in. I would go with red. I want to do mine red but am waiting until I get drilled and slotted rotors to see if I will keep these calipers. Then I will paint them

I have to agree with everybody too. I have a silver and black Mustang, and I was going to paint them silver or black. Ended up going with red, and they make a big difference!

Eh, I don't know. I still think the red stripe on a blue car would look pretty sweet.. Well, maybe not.

I have seen a Blue car with red stripes. It looked nice, the guy was a Marine and got it painted to match the "Blood Stripe" on his dress blues. When he told me he was going to do it I thought it would look like crap, but it turned out nice.
