New to AFM

Hello. I'm new to this site but certainly not new to the v6 mustang scene. I thought I'd make an intro thread in the v6 section to introduce myself as I will be spending 100% of my time in the v6 section. I'd list all of the mods for the three stangs that I own and have posted links to pics of, but alas I don't want to bore ya'll with pages upon pages of mods. If you want to know about a specific stang (or all of them) just ask and I'll be more than happy to answer you.

Nice stable of stangs you got there

I always wondered what a Mach 1 chin would look like with a 03-04 Cobra front bumper and I must say it doesn't look bad at all

Thank you sir. I had the mach1 chin laying around so I figured why not. IMO it's not bad but I'll get the Cobra chin eventually.

It is nice to finally be on a forum that you are part of. I hear a lot of people say your name and how much you know about V6's.

I have seen quite a few pictures of the 6 that people have showed me. I like it, especially the way that the rear Saleen bumper sets it off, as well as the side skirts. That is the only thing that I don't like about the early SN95's, how anemic the rear bumper looks.

The 98 looks real good. I like the painted side mirrors on both the 97 and 98. I like the way the Black Bullitts look too. I am not so crazy about the wings though. I love Steeda but their wings are definitely lacking in style. At least it looks like a Steeda wing to me. lol

I don't know about the 01 though. I like the front end look especially with the side skirts. The rear end just doesn't do it for me though. The wing looks too small with the big tough front end. lol I am not a fan of the sun roof in Mustangs either.

They are all nice cars though and they are all your cars not someone elses idea. Lots of time and money into each car, you can tell by the attention to detail on each car. Wasn't trying to sound like a dick just telling you what I liked and dislike about your corral.

What kind of suspension work do you have done to them?

Thanks for the kind words, and no you didn't come off as a dick at all. The Steeda wing and Cobra mirrors are on the 98 GT right now as the pics that I posted of the 97 v6 are old. As far as suspension work here is the breakdown.

97 v6: Tein S-Tech springs up front, C-springs in the rear, GT rear swaybar, and Cobra 8.8 with 3:73 gears.

98 GT: Bullitt suspension kit (Ford C springs, Tokico shocks, Tokico struts, Bullitt swaybars), 4:10 rear gears, Maximum Motorsports 4 bolt caster camber plates, Holocomb rear lower control arms, and Holocomb rear upper control arms

01 GT: Ford C springs up front and a Steeda rear drag swaybar
