You won't see any difference performance wise between the two. I have a BBK, and my best friend has a K&N. My filter is in the fender, and is chrome so it looks nice and is a little louder. is is in the engine compartment and has plastic barriers to block it off from the engine. If you want better sound and some bling, go for the BBK. If you want more of an OEM look, and an easier filter to clean, go with the K&N. His is easier to clean because it's easier to get to being in the engine compartment out in the open. But undo three screws, and Mine comes out. BBK is a little cheaper to, we bought our at the same time and if I remember correctly, I paid $75 less than he did. Both are good CAI's.
