Default Is this rice?

Hey all ive got a place where I can get great deals becuase I am qasi sponsored for piller gauges for air/fuel, oil preasure, ect. Would it be too rice to install these? They also have a setup to install them into the factory gauges but would probally be harder to install.

So is this too rice to use?

I think a a-piller with 3 really should be the max. I mean unless your a hard core racer, you really dont need any more than a speedo, tack, and gas gauge. They can be cool, especally when hidden. Just try not to go over-board and stay away from a boost guage with not turbo, lol.

You forgot s/c with boost gauge.

Anyway yeah If you don't have big power, and don't really have a NEED to monitor things gauges are iffy...

if you have gauges that are necessary then i would use it i think it gives a clean look thats not rice what i think would be rice is if you just bolted it to the dash without taking time to at least make that look good

well its a kit so its supposed to come with everything needed to install. And im guessing boost gauge is just for turbo??

Also I get the feeling its going to be a pain in the ass to run all the wires to the engine bay.

A neon(non srt-4 just a body kit and loud exhaust) with the pillar gauges pulled next to me a while back and thought he could run me. I was like uh oh, he has gauges. I ran him and left behind pretty good. His gauges probably consisted of oil pressure, a happy face and time clock lol.

well yeah the main reason im considering getting them is actual purpose ... I dont want to get a pillar holder, but not many other easy options for them.

Im not the flashy kind of person, I rather people DIDNT know I have them, im trying to make a sleeper V6.

I think the air/fuel guage is pretty obvious why it would be needed, and ive heard the vacuum is pretty important too for various reasons.

How about getting the ones that go on the dash? I think that looks better than the pillar imo.

Yeah this is true, most of them are only like oil press. I had a G35 come into my work yesterday with the pillar and he had a boost guage, popped the hood and all he had was a cai. haha

A/F gauge...

The light show or the 250+ wide band? The light show is rice.
