My friend dynoed with almost those exact mods, only thing different is he had a intake spacer that averages about 5rwhp and 7rwtq. Oh and he's running a single exhaust
He made 181RWHP and 205RWTQ, so you should be around 176RWHP and 198RWTQ.
If anything, you may lose back pressure and lose low end torque. But I've heard that you gain torque in the higher power band. If you did it, it would be more for sounds and/or looks. But I might be an idiot, so don't quote me..

you do get an increase in rwhp but not that much. its around 15 hp which is around 10rwhp. you may lose back pressure if the diameter of the exhaust is larger than 2.5 inches.

2.25" is perfect, but 2.5" is acceptable.

I say around 160-175rwhp depending if you have on auto or 5-speed.
I have check several places, but this one said it best. I hate to quote another site, but... 2002 Ford Mustang
The powertrain and performance of the V6 is good, but nothing exceptional. The split port V6 engine is strong with a 3.8 liter block that powers up 190 horsepower and 220 foot pounds of torque. The GT is more powerful with a 4.6 liter V8 engine with overhead cam modular. The engine creates 260 horsepower and 302 pounds of torque which makes the horses grumble at all times.
What? Did the 2003 lose 30 horses? I know consumer reports dogged the 2003 for some reason vs. 02, but man...
I pulled this up from msn, just put 3 over the 2002 in the address to get your specs:

OK , I could have sworn her said HP in general. If people are curious about the difference however: Yes it's true. 15% deviation is standard or 85% efficiency output. And that stays pretty constant due to the drivetrain friction and gear pressure angles, ect. The extra loss in the auto is mostly ATF oil pumping losses. So about 82% output on your automatics. Every engine is slightly different so you may find info on your specfic block.
