Ok i know now for a fact neon isnt illegal where i live as long as its inside the car and its not strobing emergency lights...
well ive seen a few sites online that sell Neon tubing for pretty cheap and i mainly wanna layout underneath my drivers wheel like down wherer my pedals are....underneath the passengers side under the glove box...maybe inbetween the doors and seats...and......possibly in the back seat like inbetween the cracks between the rear seats and walls or whatever...

theres alot of neon out there and its fairly cheap.... my concern is ..itd b a pain in the ass to install lol..hookin it up t power and what not...Also i might get some for when i get my subs and encolsure for the trunk..itd make it pop..... anyways....i might also get a (forgot what its called) but it makes the neon pulse to the music....i can only imagine it pulsing fast as hell to like....Metallica, or someone else like Avenged Sevenfold...hhahah
what are other ppls opinions on neon....

Anyways, I've installed neons on my buddies Alero. Yeah, yeah, laugh it up. I'm good with electronics and got paid for it so..
I hooked them up via cigarette light for the power source. Some people use the battery, but eh, I figured the cigarette light was good enough. Basically, the hard part is getting the small wires to connect, especially through the switch, when you have to run three or more wires.
I'm not a fan of neons in Mustangs, as I don't think many people here are, but hey, it's your car and you should do whatever makes you happy to it..

ok first of all I got street glow neons under my car and it looks great at night seeing green neons on a mustang I aslo went to auto zone they sell lil 6 inch neons that plug into ur cigret lighter so I bought the lighter splitter not reli sure wat its called but nee way it looks great around system and the point of customizing is all about do wat u like for UR car and yes the 6 inch are plenty for wat u want not to over powering but look great

I've seen 05+ with interror done with neons at car shows, it looks pretty good, for a show car. If you have it all set out in your mind. I'm sure you can make it look good in the car. If you don't like it, you can always take it out.
you might wanna check your local laws as well , as rollin with tha underglows is illegal yo!

i have green neon under my steering wheel to illuminate my pedals and under the glove box....thats about as far as i would goo....but im not gonna rip someone apart for wanting to do their own thing
but im good with electronics and it took me maybee......20 mins to install?.....i hooked mine right up to the battery....i can draw up a diagram if and instructions if u want?....email me nathan_69_free@hotmail.com and ill let u know....its really not that hard....basic power....ground and accessory power.....are u using a switch?...
anyways...just thought i would say..ill put some pictures of it at night .... it does look pretty good..
i got mine from a local store for 15 buks total for 2 like 15 inch neons i think....and they pulse to the sound but its soooooooo annoying.........
