i know they dont make a V6 saleen, but how much money to you think it would take to make a V6 look like a saleen? i am talking about bumbers sideskirts, decals, hood, wing, and anything else. and only on the out side, i would like to get my soon to be v6 mustang to look like a saleen.

Actually, there was a very small collection of V6 powered Saleens built in 1994, which received the appearance and suspension upgrades, but they did not receive the numbering or dash plates, so they are hard to differentiate from a dressed up 1994 V6 Mustang

Well you can find out by pricing out the parts, I believe Saleen has the parts listed.

Me personally though, I would rather put the money into actual performance upgrades and have a faster/better handling V6 than to drive around in a stock V6 (or nearly stock) dressed up as something it isn't.

That of course is just my opinion.

my parents said that i have to get a stock v6, they say that i dont need that much power starting out...lol, but i just want the looks of the saleen's.

Well , I have to warn you , DO NOT BUY REAL SALEEN PARTS! The quality and fitment is sub par. You would think that from a mutimillon dollar company would produce good parts. Well they don't! It takes hours and hours of prep work , just to get the primer to lay right for the basecoat! Get this kit, the fitmit is top notch and get urethane parts and not fiberglass. If you get fiberglass , you have chunks outta it in a month!

i researched it and it will cost a little over 2k to make it completly look like a saleen on the outside.

Are you including paint and install? Did you want Saleen rims too?

If you haven't added the rims in then make it around 3k.

You are correct, although Saleen does not recognize these as real Saleens. They have Fox Body Saleen style graphics and stern wheels. Interesting cars.

make sure you don't forget the little stuff like the saleen screens , decals , scca championship wreaths saleen innercooled exhaust tips and so on!

Fox body (good luck, a lot of these parts are hard to find)
Saleen body kit
Saleen wing
Saleen graphics
Windshield banner
Correct wheels (Some years used Stern, some BBS style)
lowering kit

1994-1998
Body kit (with screens painted black)
Wing
wheels (Speedline- they had three styles over these years)
graphics
Windshield banner
lowering springs
Borla intercooled tailpipes with mesh screen baffles (black)
hood and decklid decals
Heat extractor hood (optional)
Add Momo shift knob and white faced gauges for interior look

1999-2004
Body kit
Graphics and windshield banner
C-pillar inserts
tailpipes (Saleen also had an optional center Chicane Exhaust system
Heat extractor hood (optional)
Wheels with 35/18 tires
Screens for body kit

Yeah, I would loved to own one even though they don't stand a chance against it's V8 brothers but it's sure a rare breed.
