Default Engine Rebuild in an 02

My car has about 146K miles on it and sometime down the road I was thinking about going FI. I was looking to rebuild the engine before i add a supercharger or a turbo. So, what parts would i need to do this rebuild and about how much would it cost?

well if your are goin with a pa then i would recommend forged internals. If you are not building the motor yourself look to spend 6k+. Thats with all the bells and whistles. Cuz lets face it if you rebuild the motor now might as well go all out now. No sense tearing the heads off in a few months to get the p&p, then the intakes ect.
Check out Tom Y at Super Six Motorsports
he built my motor and i couldnt be happier!

if you want to go with a power adder , you could go with a procharger 8psi kit on stock internals if you didn't want to go with a rebuild....
