I've been wanting to put in a new sound system for a while and have been looking at the different products out there.

I have several ideas for place for amps and woofers but i'm not entirely set on them.

I would love some ideas from own experiences or ideas including the different types of head units, faceplates, speakers, amps, and woofers chosen.

Go with Rockford Fosgate or Kicker for the amps Stay away from from low quality amps like Profile. Coaxial or component speakers should be high quality like Infinity Kappa, Polk, Polk/MOMO, etc. Subwoofers-Rockford(power series), Kicker dvc, JL dvc. I've always liked Kenwood and Pioneer for head units and that's what I used to try to sell people when I was in audio sales 8 years ago.
