Default CST Tuning Question

Hi everyone I own a 2000 V6 Ford Mustang. I want to get it tuned with a SCT XCalibrator 3 Mustang X3 Power Flash Tuner. But I want to know because I see almost everyone here has done it. Is it easy to do? Do I need any new engine parts once I change settings? And is it reliable? I am new to this so I figure I would seek advice from Mustang owners who know a lot about these sort of things.

Thanks Everyone!!!

Its simple you take the device plug it into your diagnostics port... you press a few buttons and your set. You won't need any new engine parts but if you get something and you need a tune for it it can be set up. Joe provides 1year of free files.
