My car lost about 7 ounces of 50/50 mix antifreeze after traveling 1,015 miles over a period of 2 1/2 months. Is this normal evaporation of the water part of the antifreeze, or do I have a small leak?

That's normal evaporation. There's 32 ounces in a quart, and your cooling system capacity is 11.8 quarts.
