No. They rate the HP at the flywheel, not the rear wheels, which is what they are telling you.

Keep in mind that I was talking about rear wheel hp. That is what counts. The best way to find out is to strap it on a dyno

not to put you on the spot here spanky but 2004's make no more power than any other 99-04.

the 3.9 that they put in the 2004, wasn't really put in there lmao. They just rounded up instead of down for the windstar's new crank journals that they used for 2004. They also marketed it for more power when in fact, it did not make any different power than the 3.8 from years before.
