Default halo projector lights

I just bought some halo projector headlights for a with the blue rings aroung the lights and I tried putting them on and everything hooks up easily and fits nice except these red and black wires theres two of each, one set of each for each blue rings. I turned the lights on and everything worked fine except the blue rings didnt light up where do u think these red and black wires hook up to? For a 99-04 V6

Red to +, black to Neg. Since this is an add on, you won't find anything on the factory harness to plug in to it directly.

If it were me, I would use a relay, and wire it into the parking lamp circuit. That way, any time the parking lamps are on, the halos are on. I think they would make eye catching DRL's.
