Are you still running the single-port heads?
Yes, he had supersix blow them out. The ported single port will flow more than split port intake because there is more material to remove......

Stroked would add some, but we were going for efficiency. With the posted numbers, I would say we achieved it......

Don't mean to drag up an old post... but I need to.

Are you talking about the ones they actually sell (Stage 2 or 3 upper and ported lower)? Since I have a '98, I'm interested in getting them: especially if they flows more than a split-port!! (and it would save me the trouble of converting...)

Thanks in advance - and you guys have killer cars!! Way to rep the 6!!!

Yes i got the stage 3 intakes with stage2+ heads. With a mild 218/224 with a .55 lift and 112 lob separation cam. Shoulda got the stage 3 heads, but o well.
Yes those head flow more than a STOCK split port head. As you can see they work really well with boost. My N/a numbers were 177hp and 206 tq i believe. Could have been higher but the cam was specd for a p/a

Thanks for the reply... but I was kinda more interested in the intakes I don't know if I'm ready to rip into the engine yet and start messing with headers and cam! But you're saying stage 3 upper & lower intakes with stock (single-port) heads flow better than a split-port swap would? Cuz that's what I'm going after...
