Unless you plan on getting LT headers, you can skip those, the stock ones flow well enough. The tuner would net you a bit of power, but the shifter would sure make driving easier and more comfortable..

LT headers means Long Tube headers. Less restrictive headers than shorties.

shifter install is real easy, just make sure you get the gasket and I also used some rtv sealant. Took me about 30 mins but it was very easy. I got the steeda tri-ax and love it, night and day difference. I also have heard real good things about the mgw though, just a little more expensive.

Get gears and tuner kit. It'll give you a nice boost down low. Skip the shorties and get the LT's. Also the shifter from MGW will be nice, haven't heard anything bad about them.
