ok guys i have no idea what is going on with my window on my drivers side, when i press the button to put it down sometimes it will start to go down but then it will just go bam,bam, bam and wont go down any further, and does the same thing when i go to take it back up and i end up sometimes having to pull the window up while pressing the button, what do you guys think it is cause it obviously at times has no trouble taking it up or down it just wont do it all the way by its self.

Sounds like the drive mechanicanism is worn or loose and is bypassing the cogs. The door panel needs to be removed and try to observe what's going on.

i already took off the door panel, then i came to this metal piece looking like part of the frame of my door that seems almost impossible to get behind but i know there is a way

seems to me the window riser assy. needs to be replaced

Agreed, the motor that closes and opens the window needs to be replaced.
