It really depends, they both have their advantages and disadvantages, but I would go with a supercharger. The turbocharger would be a bit more efficient because it runs of exhaust gasses where the supercharger has to draw power from the crank. The turbocharger can also probably put out a bit more power because it can spin at incredibly high rpms, but this kind of boost requires major modifications to other parts of the engine.
The supercharger has no lag time, generally gives better sound (turbochargers use exhaust gases, reducing exhaust noise), is easier to install, and are easier to tune.
