I've been looking into buying a v6 mustang, i had a v8 but it cost me a lot in gas back and forth to work. This v6 is very nice, with wide tires, nice rims, and a good paint job. however I want more sound, is that possible?

you can go with a single flowmaster muffler,or you can go to a h pipe with duals,with take off gt mufflers like I did, and the sound and performance will definitely be noticable

Where did you get it from and if i was wanting to put on a performance side exhaust can i still use take off gt mufflers or flowmasters still?

I got most of my parts off of E bay. The GT take off mufflers go for about $30 plus about $30 shipping. You can also find posting for true dual exhaust, most any part that you want. Today they had a brand new starter listed. Like I said try this out.

With a performance side exhaust can i still use the take off gt mufflers or dual flowmasters?

yes you can get nice sound but never like a v8
put xpipes and big and put 5 inch tubes on the back on both sides

I saw a complete cat back sysrtem for the v6 on ebay..It was around 279.00..Had the x pipes...I hope they are referring to a 5" extension at the rear....I don't think the 5
' will leave much clearance...We use those on our diesel puller.....

Can all of this be done with a side exhaust still or do i have to keep it as a back exhaust?
