Any Suggestions? paint pony emblem??? HELP

hi there i have an 08 mustang and i would like to know how to remove and paint the pony emblem on the front grille wat r the steps and wat do i use....please help and thank you.....

Check out ebay for pre-painted emblems. I found mine for 12 bucks. You have to take off the grille to get to your emblem.

You can carefully pop it out with a screwdriver but you may break the clamps so its pretty tough. The pony is in there pretty good, I had to remove mine when I was installing a grill on my last mustang. If you do manage to get it off I would take some fine snadpaper, scuff it up a little so the paint sticks, then paint it up.
