Default i need some quick muffler advice

guys ive decided to just replace my stock muffler with a flow 40, now im tight on money so i want to install myself my only question is when i am taking my old muffler off should it just slide out of the piping with some effort or will i have to hacksaw it out of there?

im not really sure when i replaced mine i had to cut it out and my flows just bolted right onto the stock xpipe on my car

it will just slip off with a little force. no need to cut.

so basically just take off the hangars from the muffler back and pull the old muffler off, slide the new one on and use the muffler clamps then put the hangars back?
