i cant find the blackout panel for the 2001 model

Default i cant find the blackout panel for the 2001 model
i have been looking everywhere for the blackout panel thing for my 2001 stang does anywhere know where i can get one or anything. please help me out i would really appreciate it

i think they are just decals other than the honeycomb one..

i got my license plate area blacked out for $90. (painted) have it in my gallery
