When was your last tune up? Could be time for new plugs.

tune up may be required and may want to have a fuel pressure check just to be sure its not a fuel problem.

Yea I think a failing fuel pump might cause that or it might be the fuel filter.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but newer stangs come with coil on plug right. Have those been replaced? Are your injectors clean?

i figured out the problem, im a retard. thats what the problem was. i bought a cold air intake not thinking about the mass air flow sensor. i just thought it was a sensor and it didnt matter i just thought the check engine light would come on. so i put my stock intake back in and it runs perfect now. thank you guys for all your help but i have it under control now
