So I just got the car back from paint like a week ago, and this chick in a lexus just slams on her brakes and stops infront of me... My front brakes locked up and I ass packed her at about 30mph... insurance totaled it.. but the work has begun, and it already has a new motor, rad support, all the other crap that was wrecked. so now, instead of a daily driver, i get to make a race car
Actually on the bright side, the car doesnt look that bad. Your fenders look great considering. The rad support is toast, along with the hood, but now you can get that Cobra R hood you have been wanting, lol. Sucks that you just had it painted, but you could have slamed a Mac Truck and not a Lexus. Hope you fix her up right, good luck!

2004 Mustang Mach 1-281 DOHC @ 305HP, Shaker, 5 speed, 8.8 rear end with 3.55, Mach 460, Sat radio, Flowmaster Delta 50s, Clear Bright Fog lights, alum items for interior dress up, and an eject button.
wow that sucks have seen worse fixed though i've got a couple of buds one ownes a body shop the other a 03 terminator he jumped a ditch so i hooked him up with my other bud he's still driving the car today
It wouldn't be that bad if it didn't just come from the paint shop.

inureance totaled it haha! it was a perfect fn truck
we said get real dont stiff our friends. and we just poped it out from the inside and got our hood replaced.
but on to the matter people stopping in front of you. i only write this because i was cut off 6 times today in 2 miles
1 was too close for comfort. because i too had to lock them up
couple weeks back i flatspotted my front right!!!!!! HOW IN THE HECK do you do that? just ask the beamer that pulled out infront of me. so much smoke behind me from my tires locking i couldent see

I'm sorry, this is totally out of subject. But, did you paint your calipers yourself?
What did you use as a degreaser? And, were you able to paint ALL of it?
Sucks what happened to the car though.
