Default 7.5 to 8.8 rear end conversion

so i have a 2001 ford mustang v6 5 speed. one of my friends has a 1994 mustang gt. he is parting out his car because he needs the money. i was eventually going to get 3.73 gears and a t.loc. well this guy has a 8.8 rear end with 3.73 gears. i just want to know if that year mustang comes with a tloc. i know that the newer ones like mine does. but i just wasnt sure. and if so is it hard to swap out the rear end. he is going to sell me the rear end for around 200 dollars and i thought that, that was a good price. can someone please help me out.

94-98 Stangs have a shorter rearend than the 99-04. your tires will be "sunk" in a bit. It should also have a t-lok. almost positive.

You can get wheel spacers to push the wheels back out. The rear end is 1 5/8 inch shorter than the 99-04 rear end. It is really up to you. lol It is not going to adversely affect anything for you if that is what you are worried about. And yes the rear end has the T-lok on it, it is a GT...

alrlight cool where do i get the wheel spacers at and what size or whatever do i get. so will i notice a pretty big difference with the new rear end. since it has the 3.73 gears with the tloc in it. and do i need to do anything else when i put the new rear end in.
