Ranges, I have heard anywhere from 100 to over 1000

1997 Mustang GT- DOHC, Termec T-45, LT Headers, Bassani O/R X, Tri-ax, 3.73s, JLT CAI, BAMA tune

about 280..
dont waste the money, if you buy the parts yourself you save 240 on labor..
new fuel filter, air filter, plugs, wires..
thats a decent tune

No, thats a tune up... I think he means tune as in, dyno-tune

oh..
yeah about the prices nicks said..
local carb shops or engine remanufacturers should have one..
i got mine done at a carb shop

yea i mean dyno tune... sorry lol i heard you could get an extra 15 horses out of it but i dont know much about the tuning part :/

You have a couple options. You could get a mail order tuner from Justin at VMP, or take your car to a dyno shop and let them do it. But you need to remember that a dynotune should only be done after you buy a hand-held tuner. Bottom line, it will be around $500.00 for both, or just 350+ for a SCT or Diablo tuner.

i realize this thread is ages old lol but i got the tune and a few other things fixed with the exhaust now its at 236 (200) rwhp 15% ish or 16% horsepower loss due to a crap drivetrain... nitrous kit is on the way 50 shot to begin with...

300 if you have a handheld tuner
150 whenever you go back to get your car tuned again
